Shanti provides anger management coaching over WhatsApp. She is an AI coach, and will say so plainly if you ask her. Sessions work from what you tell her about your own situation.
Coaching offers guidance and practical technique. It is not medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, it is not therapy, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Shanti is not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist or doctor, and she does not diagnose. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters, and never use anything Shanti says to delay or replace medical or psychiatric treatment. Your first conversation is free. A full session is charged at the rate on our Payment page, and Shanti tells you the price in the chat before you pay anything. Prices are charged in rupees for Indian numbers, in the local currency for a few countries we support directly, and in US dollars everywhere else — decided by the country code of the number you message us from. All prices are inclusive of taxes, and Shanti names the exact amount and currency in the chat before you pay anything. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a paid session is disrupted by a fault on our side, we will refund or restore the time.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you take based on a coaching conversation.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
