Your first conversation is free — Shanti works out what is actually driving the anger and names the steps that work on it. If you would like her to take you through those steps properly, you can pay for a session. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

What you can buy

The prices above are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes. If you message us from outside India you are charged in your local currency where we support it and in US dollars otherwise, and Shanti names the exact amount in the chat before you pay. Prices shown are the total you pay — there are no booking fees or hidden charges.

How to pay

• Carry on the conversation on WhatsApp past your free first conversation.
• When you're ready to continue, Shanti shares a secure payment link in the chat.
• Pay by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or wallet.
• Your session begins as soon as the payment succeeds, and you carry on in the same chat.

Payment security

Payments in rupees are processed by Razorpay and payments in other currencies by Dodo Payments, both PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials — those go directly to the payment gateway.

Receipts

A payment confirmation is sent by the payment gateway to the email or phone number you provide at checkout. For a formal invoice, write to support@shanticoach.in and we will send one within 3 working days.

Trouble with a payment?

If money has left your account but your session has not started, write to support@shanticoach.in with the date, amount and payment reference. We respond within 2 working days. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
